West Air Systems is a family owned and operated HVAC company based in New Braunfels, Texas. West Smith, the owner and face behind West Air Systems has been in the HVAC industry for 14 years. His HVAC career started back in 2011 when his dad presented him with an opportunity to help establish his HVAC company in San Antonio where he was a lead technician for 13 years. In 2018, he started a side business getting subcontracted out to install whole home air purifiers. Shortly after that, he started installing whole home dehumidifier’s as well. He saw an opportunity to grow in the HVAC industry by offering these services. In 2023, he moved to New Braunfels and with a new city, came a new customer base with new opportunities. In 2024, he took a leap of faith and left his dad’s company to start his own. He wanted to do more than your typical HVAC company with a major focus on air quality solutions. West Air Systems was created on the idea that every home should be comfortable and have access to clean air and we strive to attain that for every customer.
